AGV

AGV stands for Autonomous Guided Vehicle. This AGV is engineered to sort postal packages for clients including PostNL and USPS. Commissioned by PrimeVision, their team focused on the software development for the AGV, while I was responsible for the hardware design, including the suspension system. In collaboration with the software team, we selected key electrical components around which I designed a custom chassis and integrated suspension. The chassis is primarily built from laser-cut and bent sheet metal combined with CNC-milled parts, ensuring precision, durability, and smooth operation.
